Still wowed by speed! I don't think the novelty of DSL will ever get old!

So, work was. It was a thirteen hour day involving training a relative new-hire and staffed w/ co-worker who sometimes needs as much watchin' as some of the clients. At the very least, the weather has stablized enough to melt lots of ice and allow for bike rides & long walks...favorite ways of passing the time at my job! I recently was given the assignment of re-vamping our bi-weekly menu. *ominously places fingertips together and emits a breathy "Excellent"* It used to be lots of run-of-the-mill meat & potatoes meals. Now I've inserted Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Thai & Jamaican to add some much needed depth to their palate range. Plus, I secretly coincided all of the most exotic meals on the nights that I work... I reckon, they're probably the most complicated to make & dammit, 'cause I can say so!

Tomorrow I have to give his highness, The King of Skulls a buzz back to see if he's still up for getting together. Also plan on touching base w/ everyone about Wednesday night plans and the what-not. Cheers until then, friends!
