Pictures from Flux are offically posted... The entire series was taken playfully exposed and lit. My mindset at the time was, "Hmmm, I wonder what kind of lighting effects chandelliers give off..?" 
Now you know and knowing's half the battle! Looking forward to making Flux a semi-regular affair. KoS & I were talking about setting a day that corresponds two weeks after Bound, since that event is monthly & this one's every week. 
I also am giving someone gift membership within the next few days so, expect an announcement...
Tonight I got home to an e-mail from SBC stating my electronic bill is available to be viewed... I signed on & saw that my usual DSL-less $40 had risen to $241.43!!!
There's no real explaination given on the bill other than it being filed under "One time charge for equipment change or addition"...that cleared that up! 
Luckily for me, their customer service center is located maybe three blocks away from the new flat. I plan to be there at 8:30am fully caffinated and armed to the gritted teeth w/ colorful metaphors! The original runaround caused me to have a 1 1/2 month delay in DSL service...I wonder what'll they'll tell me tomorrow? Stay tuned...

Complications Of The Heart
Ive heard that hearts are not just simple pumps,
but storage sites of energy-rows
of twitching desires, secret romps
muffled in its four-chambered folds.
Each part carries weight- a string quartet
whose practiced rhythms fit the everyday-
and should a section fail or skip a beat
technology can shock the whole awake.
But still no surgery to transplant love,
uprooting it intact to needed space
when one mate loves too little, one too much-
asymmetry that flusters the hearts pace.
If balance over time wont self-correct,
Demand cuts off supply and hearts defect.

love the poetry piece - so beautiful - lovely imagery. i really like it when the "heart" in all is referent glory is tweaked. mechanistics indeed.
