I think I made a fine choice tonight... Rather than attend that high school reunion which I mentioned some time past (*cough_cocksuckers_cough*), I racked up some easy overtime at work. Every Friday night the residents of my group home go out on the town for pizza & bowling - I was grandmarshall of that parade. 
Pizza is a tame affair but knocking pins is something to watch! One of my guys is OCD smell obsessed & there's only one place in town to find ball retriever exhaust. He'll try & catch some in his shirt collar, breast pocket and hand which he'll draw from while winding up at the line. The cat I'm legal advocate for lives for seeing images of himself in any form - photo album pictures, cartoonish drawings, banners, etc. He was absolutely beaming when nailing three strikes in a row...high scores, whoops from the crowd & his name in bold flashing print. This so beats catching up w/ swollen, half-bald people I sat diagonal to 12 years ago in English Comp...plus, I made time and a half!

Reunions are kind of strange (I loved high school) and I guess that I dont mind the catching up, I just find it disturbing how the people change. Some for the good, some for the worse. Its funny though, 15 year reunion and girls that (back in the day) wouldnt piss in my eye if my brain was on fire, suddenly wanted to be rescued from their hum-drum lives and found me to be attractive now. Go figure.
Pizza and Bowling sounds a hell of a lot more fun, so next reunion, can I dodge it and hang out with you and the gang......LOL.........ill buy.
