Do me a favor - take 10 minutes, go into a private room with J---b, hold him tight and cry. No reasons, no excuses. Just let it out. The only problem with this is that you will come out stronger - BUT, it will be easier next time. Relinguish strength to gain strength. Share strength to gain strength. I hope all is well.
