wow what an exciting weekend i have had.. friday when i got home from work i fell asleep woke up at about 9pm, jumped in the shower and fell back right to sleep.. woke up at 4am headed off to work, got off of work at 2:30 got home, showered and went to bed again. New Orleans is bringing out the best and unfortunately the worst of american society. It is pitiful.
What I want to know is if there is an emergency plan drawn up for this sort of thing. There should be. In the UK the local authorities assesses what disasters could conceivably happen to their region and draw up an emergency plan for it. I would assume what happened in New Orleans was conceivable thus there should be an emergency plan for it. But there doesn't appear to be one. Which is disgraceful.
