In 1990 I was working for Digital Equipment Corp. They needed field people for sales support and thought HQ (New England) was overcrowded so they gave some really good relocation deals. Houston was the only warm weather city to offer me a position and my #1 reason for moving was winter. Fourteen months later I was "downsized." Still was the best decision I ever made.
