Still in the motha land, and enjoying the wonderful solitary walks on the beach. Took the lil' tikes for the " Releasing of the frogs" yesterday, and then went for icecream.
Had my first successful hitchhiking experience, didn't get stabbed or raped or anything! And the guy even knew my family- which has turned out to be the expected around here. I know noone but they all know me and tell me how much I look like my mother.
I have to apply for U.S. citizenship upon return to Philly. Should be fun- god knows government forms are like a party in an envelope.. and expensive. I think i'll take advantage of it to have my name changed though. Sarah Cunningham. I like the ring o' that.
In the midst of applying for internships for the fall, who knew- but I love officey type stuff! I've been working on my resume, and let me tell you- it's gonna be the most kick ass resume you eva seen.
Still apartment hunting, well I guess it should be called letting my roomates do the apartment hunting. I hope we find something good, i can't wait to live in the city. I'm a country girl at heart, but I figure If i'm gonna do the urban living bit, might as well do it while i can enjoy it. It's a guarantee that i'll end up living out my days in some hamlet int he middle of nowhere, so I'll get a little bit of city living in now while I'm young and verile.
