@1956firebird Thanks for the recipe, I'll check it out. I canned banana peppers today I like to make pepper rings and I like to use these on pizza. I also canned some whole banana peppers. And I like to chop these up and use them when I'm cooking Mexican food and chilly. And this might sound crazy but it's really good. I have my Grandmother's and Mother's green tomato relish recipes. And I canned  some of this last year. I'm just learning about canning. My mom's 88yrs old and still active doing everything including canning. I started thinking I need to go to my parents house everytime  my mom's canning something. And learn how to can things while she's active doing the things she enjoys.
