What a week!!!

I'm now Back at work which really sucks, but hey , you gotta earn a living.

My new years resolution was to go to the gym, and live a bit more healthily, this has been going well but the gym thing really hurts at the moment so I'm gonna have to build it up again.

The band is back and working hard in the studio after our Christmas break. and my god 3 hour rehearsals are hard work when you have had a few weeks off, but its good, everything feels fresh, and thats nice.

The weekend has been really chilled, which is also nice, I know the lads have been living it up,

Hopefully next week will be a little easier.

Currently listening to alexisonfire and I'm really impressed with their album Crisis. Unusual as Chris our singer put me on to them, and I normally hate his taste in music.

I hope that everyone has a rewarding week, I know I intend to.



I can't help feeling optimistic when everything is going right.
