Well, in celebration of the Independence Day I went ahead and ordered my expensive-shit gardening equipment!
Soon, edible delights will bloom in my home and people across the neighborhood will rejoice. ^_^
I am still pursuing something concrete with my new friend across the Pacific; I figure someone who works the pipeline in Alaska has to understand the isolation a wee bit when it comes to friendship and maybe more.
However, there is someone in Washington already who has managed to melt quite a bit of territory after only 6 months on-site, and I feel myself falling for her.
I want to remain somewhat reasonable, and yet every fiber of my being tells me to leap towards her, destiny be damned! I believe I could be the next big step for her. I want to believe, anyway; I would be satisfied to discover she is truly happy where she is.
I can't wait until October, as I am not only restless to discover love, but I desire to understand what it means to find someone who becomes ultimately special to your life.
