A quick note to people to keep May 7th open or at least open enough to make a trip to your local comic book store. Why May 7th? It's Free Comic Book Day! Click on the link to find a store near you that is participating. You can also get an idea of which books are going to be available.

The best part about free comic book day was when we walked into the comic book store with your kids and the cashier was handing out toys to your kids. She gave one to Tia, and Alie, and then sort of hesitated at Anya. And then she looked at me. And got really really confused. I mean, I wasn't mom, but I was too old to be daughter. And then she smiled and looked away real fast. That was awesome.
