Just got back from a road trip to IL to see the family. The driving got a bit harsh at times but all in all not too bad. Any road trip you can walk away from, I guess. Went to the Warped tour in Indiana on the way to IL and I think it will be my last. I'm from humid-as-a-hemorrhoid FL but let me tell you that this tour seems to summon the heat. The last few times I've been there it felt like a sadistic endurance test. No more I tell you. Give me some central air and a goddamn chair and a beer. Ok, I don't need the chair but I am over summer rock festivals.
Speaking of chairs - I finsihed repainting a chair for Fee's place. Its a sort of 'Welcome Back' thing and I hope she likes it.
This is what is looks like except for for the missing legs but you get the idea. After I took this picture, I was going to spray a clear coat over it to protect the paint. When I started to spray I noticed that someone changed the caps on me and the paint came out black. Fortunately the black paint only hit a small portion on the very bottom front of the chair. No major damage done.
Off to the store...

I leave for my trip in exactly two weeks. I can not wait. I'll make it down to Florida sometime! Promise.
