Well school has begun for my 3rd and final year of film school. Gotta say I'm gonna miss it. I had my last class of the week which is sound, a great way for me to end the week, and I really like my new sound teacher so that helps. But so far I think I'll enjoy most of my classes. I haven't have my monday ones yet but heres hoping they;re good or else my mondays are gonna suck.
On the work aspect of school I've already been asked to do about 7 jobs... if i can do them all or not is the big question. I've already signed on for 6 of them, sooooo here goes nothing, again. I've already started doing ads for casting and have gotten a lot of replies... my least favourite part of casting really, the emails. Other than that I'm just waiting for the other jobs to start. BUT I've been developing a new Feature script, an adaptation script, a short film and one maybe two TV shows, one based on Firefly. So I've got a lot on my plate.
On another note, I met up with my ex gf. And it was... nice. It was nice to catch up, we just talked for a couple hours about this and that. One thing I did find out is she's not interested in getting back together which is what I was worried about and i'm relieved. We're different people now, we'd get along as friends but I don't think we could go down that road again... We'll I don't think I'd even want to. The best thing about this though, was knowing I could do it. That I could face her after all this time. Yeah I was nervous but it was worth it in the long run. I'm not sure where its gonna go from here, we might just get together to talk every once and awhile but who knows.
Thats pretty much it, I'm getting better at this updating thing.
