The List.
I thought I'd put my list of the tattoo's that I plan on getting and why I'm getting them.
Already have:
My Wings (Upper Back/ Shoulder blades): Represent the two halves of me and there something that I've always felt on my back, now others can see them.
Red Hot Chili Peppers Symbol (Inner Right wrist): Their music flows through me, and without them I wouldn't be here today.
Shattered Shoulder: (Left Shoulder): To show I've been broken before, the physical mark of a mental wound.
Want:
To be designed Batman Tattoo (Right Shoulder): My childhood hero, who gives me strength when I need it most. The reason this one hasn't been designed yet is I want to incorporate my 5 fav villains into it, and for it to kinda match my shattered shoulder, so its a complex piece.
To be designed Water Tattoo (???) : I've always had a spiritual connection to Water, this tattoo just feels like a must. I have no exactly what I want for this yet so its TBD.
Lyrics around Peppers Symbol "John, Says to Live above hell" (inner right wrist) : From my favourite song by the Peppers "This Velvet Glove" A reminder to me that I need to live my life while I still have it.
Barcode (Left Inner Wrist): The big part of this tat is the writing above the Barcode that say "Made in Canada" I'm a very proud Canadian
The barcode itself is for that I'm one of a kind.
Pokeballs (Outer thighs 3 on each side): Another one from my childhood, I will always be a pokemone trainer, and I always want my team on me
Triforce (Back of neck) : my favourite game of all time is Zelda: Ocarina of time, and the Triforce has always been such an Iconic symbol for me. Also Will Courge and Power can make or break a person, (like it did Ganon) If you keep them as pure as gold you'll never stray.
Writing "What Ever doesn't Kill you simply makes you Stranger" (Right elbow its supposed to wrap around) : I believe in this so much, I've never considered myself as "Normal" This is also a tribut to the late great Heath Ledger, a huge influence to me.
The Green, Blue and White Lantern Symbols (inner left upper arm): Will and Hope have been a huge part of my life. Hope for the future gives me the Will to keep on living.
The Yellow, Red and Black Lantern Symbols (Inner right upper arm): Fear and Anger have always been my biggest flaws and could lead to my dimise.
The Flash Symbol (back of both Ankles) : The Flash used to be a big joke to me, "Oh he can run fast". Then I started reading about him. He is always doubting himself if he deserves the power and responsibility he has, and I know if I was a super hero I'd be a lot like him. Even with great power there is still doubt.
Maybe:
Assassins Creed A and motto (left writs) : This is a maybe because I don't know if I want it or not. Nothing is True, Everything is Permitted is a great creed but I don't really live by it. So for now this is in the maybes.
Well thats my list thus far, i'm sure more will pop up at some point. That and I hate being uneven and theres at least one that would make me uneven Lol. If you have any ideas for my 2 TBD tats let me know!~
