It's been a long time since I actually wrote a blog. In fact it's been a long time since I added any photos here either, mainly because most of my latest uploads have been candids from London Pride and not of anyone in particular.
So , what is new with me? Work is still busy and will be for the next 6 months or so as my boss and his boss left a couple of weeks ago. There will be pic uploads from our party on the Thames in due course. So at the moment I am probably doing the job of an Assistant Director as with my knowledge in Housing there isn't really anyone else who knows what I know about our services.
We are being reorganised and I am unsure as to where I will be working from in 2010, it's a worry because I could get shafted with a location not easy to commute to and an area I really am not comfortable with. There are a number of factors I will influence around this however am unable to control outcome wise.
London is not having a good Summer, we have had the odd hot day but it's mainly wet or grey and miserable. Making everyone miserable especially commuters! I still spend most of my spare time on SG Chat and Uploading to Flickr as when the weather is good am still taking photos as and where I can.
I really need to find some new friends though as there are long periods that I would love to go out and do things but just don't feel like doing them alone. Or like one day this week when I took a drive along the South Coast I would have loved to have company to do it. It's such a shame that most of my SG Friends live so far away.
