This being on call is no fun
I need to be here now! Every one in seven weeks us Managers are on 24 hour call. At 6.30pm tonight I got a call from one of our Elderly sheltered units to say the staff member couldnt switch over to the on call service as there is something wrong with the phone line.
Two hours later I finally discover it is because of an unpaid bill but billing have gone home so have had to pay for a security guard for the weekend all because someone is sitting on an invoice!
