Bill gotta job! minimum wage piece o'crap, but a job nonetheless. Looks like if I wish to continue in my chosen profession, I'll have to retire my prejudice against chefs and fork over the money to be trained as one. Does it really take years, money, and a bad attitude to learn a friggin' recipe? Why does it seem almost impossible to find a job in a kitchen without having a piece of paper from some school no one has ever even heard? I blame the food network. School of Culinary arts are like Bar tending Institutes, there is still no guarantee the graduates know what the hell they are doing.
