I'm moving to China, they maybe dirty pinko commie's but it appears they know how to spend money. First of they had the Olympics and carried it off with some significant style. You've probably seen them but check these out again.

Both are examples of awesome.

Here's come things we have built recently.

A big tent and a glorified ferris wheel. Go UK!

The Chinese have followed up the biggest athletic event on Earth by putting three men in space. While we have.... erm.... er.... Well it safe to say we've done bugger all interesting for a very long time. Yet still have the balls to mock the Chinese. I watched the BBC news report on China's venture into space this evening which contained the line (paraphrased) "maybe they'll set up the first communist party in space". Oh please just fuck off. They've just done something awesome, and you shit on it with a crap pun. Thats a level I'd expect from a particularly mediocre tabloid. How many people have we put in space? Fucking none. And its not we are lacking in candidates to shoot off into the upper atmosphere never to return

I'm not calling for a renewal of the space program. I'd just like something to happen that's ace. For a few minutes we could feel a bit of pride. Instead we have "the economy is doomed", "terrorists want you dead" and "something about a celebrity blah blah blah blah blah blah blah".

Apparently there's a election in America soon. It's important apparently. I only find it interesting due to the batshit crazy things that come out of Sarah Palins mouth. Today I found a report stating that she reckons she will see the return of Christ in her lifetime. I might be wrong but I thought the return of Jesus was a signal heralding the end times. You know things like the apocalypse and such. Or to put it another way bullshit crazy religious shite that has no place in the serious business of politics.

What bothers me is this. Mrs Palin way well believe that the second coming is nigh, thats cool believe what you like. What if she doesn't though? What if its bollocks to appease those who really do think the universe is governed by some sky fairy? Thats called lying. Yeah I know its naive to think those in charge shouldn't manipulate voters. Of course that's going to happen. Why not try doing that with things that actually matter, like how to run a country better than the other guys? Just a thought.

There is another side to this though. If you do think that the end times are upon us would you really give a toss. Anything we do is kinda pointless because God is about to swoop down and fix everything. Balls to important things so long as we don't kill fetuses and like guns everythings going to be AOK. Viva la rapture!

I tried to watch Micheal Moore's new film earlier. It's about how he tried to get President Bush out of office four years ago. As we know he failed. So he's made a film about how he was ineffectual. Now he's released it to try and do the same thing this year. I'll go back the bit were I tried to watch this film. Most of what I could stomach involved him preaching to the converted. I think this is were he went wrong. You see Mike people that come and see you probably already agree with you. Its like how I don't go to movies to see films i won't like.

Also you tried to get people you term "slackers" to go out and vote. There they are in a crowd promising to get to that polling station come voting day, and the crowd applauded them. However come polling day there's no crowd urging them on, there's just apathy telling them to sit at home and watch TV. You need to get the gun the bank gave you in "Bowling for Columbine" and force them to the polling station. I'm one of those people, and if the voting booths weren't a minutes walk from my house there's no fucking way I'd bother.

That's it I'm done.
