Life outside of Suicidegirls.com is looking wonderful. I got the job at the library, passed my drug test free and clear! After 98 oz of cranberry, 1291391 oz of water, 32 oz of peach detox tea, and half a gallon of orange juice, all in two days mind you, I nervously awaited the results of my test. If I failed this test, everything I want and need right now would go to shit. It was the imminent difference of me getting on with my life after a terrible start to the year, and me delving into yet another nervous breakdown. In turning 22 and spending the past year in a downward spiral of "living" I have realized that living is whatever one makes it. I mean that I already knew, but it has reached a deeper meaning to me. Living now as an adult is doing what you inevitably HAVE to do, to make what you WANT to do attainable.
I also got the go ahead for school, which after a two year vacation was much needed. I have come to the realization that I cannot wander aimlessly, living for the day. It was fun and I am glad to have gotten it out of my system, but several things have recently happened to make it apparent that I cannot continue without goals.
That said an immense weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I am excited to begin a new chapter and see where life leads me...
