Thanks for the tip. I checked out pollstar and now know when bands are playing, but I might rely on you some to tell me who is decent. I don't have about any of those bands. I like way more types of music than I have listed. Im open to new things too. My tastes change with my mood.
As far as the friend thing, I'm still confused. I let him know that he hurt my feelings and he did apologize but I'm not sure where he was on the sincerity level. He just sounded annoyed. He was drunk, but thats not really an excuse. To me, he was definitely thinking those things or he wouldn't have said them. Perhaps, I will just keep him at a distance and see how things go. Sometimes, it just too much to deal with right now; my life is already complex.

going to boston on saturday and i'm really psyched. i've never been there and the whole town should be rockin after the sox beat the evil yankees. i can't wait to go to cambridge and check out the harvard campus, i just wished i hadn't fucked off with my grades so much, that would have been a rad place for grad school.
played the drums last night for the first time in about nine months. it felt so wonderful to just sit behind a kit and flow for a few hours, it was almost orgasmic.
just joined this hootenany, seems pretty cool.
