I'm back online at home! woooooo! as you may remember, I had a monitor "issue". apparently, the thing was blown. happily, the neighbors came over with a new...old one. still, I'm grateful.

Last night's trivia went better than expected with a third placing. Looks like people are showing up again.

Justin got into town last night. Apparently, Karin got dibs on him yesterday, but i'll be seeing him later today. think the j-smack will be meeting him too.

This Saturday I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. Then I'm headed to a White Trash Party. Sunday I was going to attend festivities at the VP of the Branch's house, but rather I'll be scoping out some rocks at the Gem and Mineral Show with the beloved Burns.

Next Tuesday, our district is going to a Rockies game. I've never even really watched the Rockies on Tv, but I do enjoy live baseball. When I was younger, we went to a Brewers game every year. Even though the team sucked, I still looked forward to eating peanuts and rooting on the home team.

I'll be housing Little Kevin (who's not so little anymore) for the weekend. It turns out, he should be moving here instead of Prague. I win! Now he just has to find a job.

I've reconnected with one of my great friends from high school who will be out here in October. I think he's still quite scared of me ( ) but we seem to be attempting to catch up and patch things up. For years, he didn't want to really be friends b/c his girlfriend hated me, but now they broke up. I'm glad b/c he's finally realizing how much of a bitch she was to him.

This week: IRAs--a rollover and a couple Roths. Next week probably will entail some estate planning and an Accumulator. I heart work.

**This passed weekend, J-Smack and I went go-karting and it started the sprinkle on our second turns. The track got super slick and everyone around was crashing and burning. Noteably, the most awesomest way to ride go-karts. Too bad they had to stop us and wait the rain out.
