Went to Andy's party. planned on going home early. stayed until 3:30 or so. good times. played some darts, shot off some fireworks. laughed at my friend Jobe whom I bought to the party for random entertainment.
Spent the fourth at the Firestone 4th of July picnic. we had a booth for work. lots of fun. lots of new contacts. was extremely tired from the whole event and 2.7 hours of sleep. the 0.7 of it was spent wanting to kill Elara for scratching me. who needs an alarm when you got a pesty kitty, right?
came home from the event. laid on the couch for a while. phoned some people to go swimming. andy and jake came over. it rained and we played in the puddles and tried to find booze. mind you it was the fourth of july. and andy was supposed to bring over hurricane leftovers. lightning storm...in contrast to my dad's advice, we went swimming in the pool any way. played with waterbottles again. got out, changed clothes, sat around watching the kitty. got a foot massage from Jake.
meetings today and catch up for work stuff. i love my job still, don't get me wrong. just lots of b.s. one of the district managers is having a Luau coming up here--could be interesting...
FIONA APPLE IS TODAY. think me and the girl are hanging out at the pool beforehand. in case any of you guys are not busy and wanna come out and play... gimme a call. by the by, we have 8th row tickets. i'm STOKED.
