So the SG Detroit Gathering at Alvin's was a blast. It was great meeting new people, and it is always a pleasure to catch up with old aquaintances. Wish the DJ was a bit more danceable, but I definitely don't mind the more punkrock, rockabilly, metal vibe at all.

By the way.....I SUCK with remembering names. I am a bastard like that. Be forewarned.

Vivid always likes to brag about her stripper pole, which is I must admit pretty bad ass in its own right, BUT I would like to tell you all that she has the MOST comfortable video gaming chair EVER!!



I <3 this chair.

Swear to god I sat in that thing and could not move for at least 20 minutes. That chair tried to eat my soul it was so comfortable. There was almost no escaping.

She Wants Revenge were of course amazing live.....again. I was able to escape helping my uncle clean and repair his garage long enough to see them, and then ran off to go dancing at Luna to 80's music. It was a blast.

I am finishing up 2 different pieces of fan art and have already started the inks for a third (the joys of waiting for color washes to dry so you can remove your latex art masking). I'll post those up soon.

Welp, off to another fun filled evening of walking in circles, aka working as a nighttime security guard. If any of you are bored at 3 or 4 in the AM feel free to give me a call. I will probably be bored out of my skull by that time, or sitting in an office reading the next Sword of Truth novel. Horray for Terry Goodkind.
