Hanmore, here I come.
So, my thoughts on a long and dreary May-Long-Weekend are sort've out the window now; finally, some decent plans that I'm actually excited for. I'm heading to a little place called Hanmore, a few hours drive north of here past Fort Saskatchewan (which is actually in Alberta. Huh,) where I'll be camping with half a town's worth of people that I have NEVER met before... only heard of
Truthfully, it's going to be a fuckin' blast and I know it. Right now, I'm using an old white T-shirt covered in fake Gwar blood (oh man, that was such a wicked show-) to draw a 'Camp Fuckin' Metal'
banner for our three tents. Hopefully there'll be other people with the same camp-gang mentality so we can get into a drunken nature war; apple fight, anyone? Haha.
Either way, this whole journey is going to be one hell of a time. Can't wait to snag some pictures and upload them into the next blog entry:
