Finally, the band is starting to come together!
Me and a few friends have been trying to put together a band for, well, let's face it. It's been almost four years since the subject came up, and after a little managing I finally got together two awesome guitarists, a promising drummer, and even a bassist. The great part is, everyone is near / around the same skill playing level, and to get everything set in motion so nicely on such short notice (yeah, it's been four years, but maybe only a week of planning) really is a great feeling.
We're all stoked on this, and although we're taking it lighthearted and casual, the instrumentalists in this band really are something I feel to brag over. I personally don't have much under my belt other than a few years of drumming and a year or two of sloppy guitar (which is why I'm doing vocals hah), but with all the combined talents that've managed to be put together, there's no doubt in my mind that this is at least going to be one hell of a fun ride.
