Well thats another fine mess I got myself into...... its the end of the month, still not got enough rent and still have no friends here in London but do you know what, I'm pretty fucking chipper all things considered! I'm taking this opportunity to send some love to the world, for today I smiled at people on the tube and no one seemed annoyed by it, it was a first, maybe times they are a changing? So when you've read this, tell a friend or copy and paste this little section and tell the whole world wide web, the more people pay this forward the better I think! A list of things you should all do no matter how much shit the world flings at you!

Smile at a stranger.

Tell someone you care about exactly that, that you care.

Be polite to someone in a shop or service, they're people too and have good and bad days.

Breathe in and remember that you're alive and your job isn't the most important thing.

Take a moment to look at the world, find something beautiful and take a picture of it.

Sing.

Write a letter/e-mail to that person you've been meaning too for the last month.

Wear something that makes you feel good not something that makes you blend in.

If someone talks to you, listen, you never know, it could change your life.

If someone is rude/offensive/nasty to you, smile and think of you're friends.

And most important of all, no one has the right to touch you in your bathing suit area.
