So here is the deal. A few moons ago I moved back in with my mother and step dad to help them keep the house. Fast forward a couple years and they are having the house foreclosed on.

In that time they picked up another renter. Yesterday he made off with my mom's bank cards, ID and Social Security card.

Spent the day going to banks, DMV, the asshole of a roommates mothers, the Sheriffs department ( two of them because one of them doesn't seem to be trained to deal with people) oh and we hit an asshole on a bike that ran a red light while we were making a left turn on green.

So seems I have a bit of a problem.

This is Tara.



Tara and I have known each other for almost 5 years now. We have been together for 4 years. We have each been over to the others country and we have been working to settle down in one. She is from Limerick Ireland. After many years of talking it over she is going to be the one to move.

Now I have read up on the different visas and such and the one for us would be the K-1 fiance visa. Last time I was in Ireland I proposed but had to bring the ring back to be resized....and the fucking theif of a roommate I cant get rid of because it isnt my house stole the fucking thing but that is another story.



Now after rereading about the K-1 I have learned that there is a minimum about of yearly income that I have to make in order for her to come over. Sadly I am in disability at the moment and so that means I live below the poverty line.

I seem to be all kinds of fucked over on this and have no clue what the hell to do.
