This is just another one of those things people don't talk about, I was discussing with coffeelove just yesterday how no one ever admits to the drastic measures needed to clean a lasagna pan. I'm going to write an illustrated Life Manual, I just need somebody to share with me how to clean a mirror without leaving streaks, how to eat a whole head of lettuce before half of it goes bad in a single household, and maybe how to kill a spider without having to get within one meter of it. Life is haaard!

everyone's weight struggles are different... and yes - men generally have it easier. I gain weight in only one place, my stomach, so if I put on ANY weight, people ask me when I'm due... it happened TWICE last fall. so I made one radical change to my diet and dropped 10 pounds in 6 weeks.... I cut out sugar. all sugar. any form of sugar. works like a charm.

Spider situation unchanged!
I am however slowly disintegrating. Watched the Addams Family and the Witches (the Roald Dahl film, you know), now looking for some sappy teen romance or something.

I made a guy follow along as I went shopping for books, painting canvas and coffee.
I have a big mug of fresh-brewed vanilla/hazelnut-coffee with a big slump of cream in it.
I don't really like cream in my coffee but I have managed to eat ZIT today and I need fat. MM FAT.
And mmmmm coffee.
Vanilla smells so much better now...
