February 18th: Phased out red meat. I am also going to the gym 5 days a week and eating 4-5 smaller meals through out the week. The week was difficult not because I craved red meat, but because my university was on spring break and the food selection at meal hall sucked balls! I made it through though and now the food selection is much better and its making it far easier.

February 26th: Had my first day of vegetarianism just to test the waters. I didn't mind it at all, Tofu isn't half bad when its cooked in a tasty sauce!
