My lodger moved in on the weekend. So far things have been going well apart from with one exception. My cat has been quite hostile towards her dog. Her dog is a lovely, friendly labrador and is friendly towards cats. Unfortunately my cat is not so friendly. She was a stray cat who turned up in my garden last year (apparently abandoned after my next door neighbours moved away). She is beautiful and I love her to bits but she can be bad tempered at times. The dog is scared of my cat. On one occasion the cat chased the dog across the house. On another occasion the cat hissed at the dog and she jumped on the sofa and wouldn't come down!! Things have calmed down a bit now but we still have the occasional outbursts.
