I just had to do a little bit of bragging... I started loosing weight about 10 months ago. I had not stepped on a scale for years prior to that because i was embarrassed at how big I was. About 9 months ago, a month after I started loosing I stepped on a scale. 276 pounds... That was a huge shock to me. I was once at 135 when i wrestled in high school so as you can imagine 275 hit my hard. So, at this point, i quit drinking soda, started eating better, and started walking 2 miles a day three times a week. Last weekend i stepped on a scale again, the first time since I figured out was at 276. I am now at 229 pounds. I still have a ways to go, but I think I am doing pretty well.
