Tried a new recipe today, it was AWESOME!!!! 3TBL red wine, 3TBL honey, and three cloves of minced garlic,salt to taste and lots of black pepper. Marinate (at room temp) 2 good steaks (rib eyes or what ever) for at least 1/2 an hour or while you make the side dishes and what not. Pat stakes dry with paper towels. Sear the steaks on each...

today is going to be a lazy day of sitting around drinking wine and stuff of that sort. it should be wonderful. I hope everyone else has an enjoyable day as well.

The wife is feeling a little better, still has a bad head ache but other than that she is fine. Nothing else new, having an okay day. Not great, not horrible.

Well, I ended up painting a bedroom yesterday and I'm paying for that with aches and pains today. The bitch of it is, that I still have to do another coat in the room

We went to open bar last night. Free booze free concert at the Hard Rock pool. Sounds great doesn't it? The Violent Femmes were play, it should have been an awesome night.
