Okay so what has been going on?
Well here's the skinny.
I have been attempting to get my wrecked body back into order.
The past years of indulgence and sitting in front of a computer screen have taken their toll.
Plus to be honest I am not as young as I used to be...and you know what I don't want that to be a cop out!
So I am trying to do something about it.
With a little help from modern chemistry and mother nature I am trying to re-balance mind, body and soul.
It's a slow process and at this point in my life one that requires a hell of a lot more effort than it used to.
But screw it if I am going to let time tick away like it has been.
So that is me. What about you?
