LSD is good for you.

We've put the tv and the radio on top of each other, but we're still one set too many, one set on one side and the other in the far away space. The trains are going to pull into the station and we aren't going to be waiting there. One of us will not be getting off, the other won't be getting on. We'll walk north. We might drive south. We're doing this at the same time. We're pulling out all of the figurines for an ambush, but there will only ever be half the set. The scale will not be recognizable because we've stopped sharing pictures or leaving profile messages, and we won't see each other laughing happily in our beds.

Do you remember thinking that you knew the linguist's name? Did they ever tell you who it was that would calculate such a thing, who would place upon the gate from one lower place to the world above the importance of beauty? Did they mention his creations, his worlds and his heroes, his vililans, his evils, his tragedies and the wars he transcribed, or the shores, far and white, before the wide green country?
