Fun weekend with Bettina in Vancouver. Well, it would have been really fun except that somehow I mysteriously injured my wrist and ended up in extreme pain for two days. One minute it was fine, the next, sharp stabbing agony with any movement. 
Well, the rest of the trip made it worthwhile.
