so i finaly talked to my ortho and found out what my prognosis is. he is pritty sure its chronic synovitis, because he got to look at it in the surgury. he actually thinks its pigmented villonodular synovitis, but there wasnt enugh material to biopsy to difinitivly say thats what it is, but he already saw the pigmentation and they know its synovitis so yeah. basicly its a growth, non cancerus in any way, but chances are it will come back and ill have to get the surgury again. if it becomes really bad its possible theyll have to do a more extensive surgury opening my whole knee to take it out instead of being able to do it with the minor surgury. but for now im fine. there is no set time for how long it will be till it comes back it could be next year could be when im 35 or even an old man and such so no worries.
