Lessee, How was today...
Got my first test in my Intro To Computers class back today...96, which was unsuprising. I ended up going to the new (sorta new, hasn't been there a while yet) WalMart by the RI Mall and ended up getting my usuall restock of flavored water ( 50 cents a liter bottle, yeah, I get lots of them, and take them to work and school to have a drink with me ), and, score, those little snacks to go ( the mini "to go" snack cups things, you know, the 1.49 things ) were on sale for 1 dollar each....so I got 5 crackers and pb, 5 mini chips ahoy. Oh yeah, now I have stuff to bring to school. So, good so far. I ended up helping 2 people, showing one guy where the admissions and records offices moved to, and then tellin another guy where the bookstore was, which was cool, since it's so out of character for me. My second class, sucked. The flourescent lights made my eyes hurt, and when one felt like a spike was going to jut out of it, and on the other side a sledge was smashing at the same spot....yeah, I was in a mood...and then we saw a video discussing the make up of a family with an alchoholic parent, complete with depressing anecdotes...so I was feelin a bit emotional.
Luckily, it ended eventually. Home, and homework, after picking up tacos on the way home. I did watch the first bit of Smackdown, and, if i have time, I'll write a thing up for it after I get the chance to watch the rest of it. I used to do it, it was called "Put the Smack Down, Cole" I was amused I came up with it.
Didn't all suck...I found out the Clan Novels I ordered will get shipped soon, and out of the blue, on my old email account from another era of my life, I get an email from a friend I hadn't heard from in ages...the whole point of checking it everyso often was to see if she'd written back...oddly enough, hotmail was nice enough to put it in the junk mail folder. ~_~
Be nice to talk to her again, see what the hell has happened with her. And...during my sledge and spike plagued visit to the library during my break, I printed out a 12 page section on tips and tricks and shit for FF Tactics, and added the ( now republished! ) Prima FF Tactics guide to my Clan Novels order...or tried to, as they'll be shipping soon and I had been charged for them...but, hey, some good things happened. I unlocked 4 or 5 new things in Super Puzzle Fighter (on my GBA SP ) ...did homework outside at school, in hte grey bleakness...and it was nice coming home to so many comments
