I have new roommates! I can't wait for them to move in. One of them is the one I really wanted to live with. The other is his current roommate. They get along well and, although he's heterosexual and I said I didn't want to live with any more straight boys, he's kind of asexual, so I'm not too worried.
The other night I watched Super Troopers (boo) and got locked out of my apartment (accidentally, of course) and while I was walking to ms_bliss', some strange man harrassed me on the street. Ahh! No fun. So to make it up to myself, I bought some new records yesterday-- Devo, Nina Hagen, Ravi Shakar, and Blondie. I feel a lot better now.
Last night I had a lovely time at a dinner at an aquaintance's house (actually one of her mom's houses, she's housesitting). Great conversation, new people, yummy vegetarian food... sigh.
I want to throw another party soon-- I miss being the hostess! So people who post on my journal get to vote on my next party theme-- White Trash or Back to School (school girls and boys). Which is it?
