Got some not so great news today... My grandpa has had a bladder infection for a while accompanied with some other weird stuff...and they found out he has a tumor on his bladder. Yesterday in outpatient surgery they tried to remove the tumor, but couldn't because he has some stuff in the way from when he had colon cancer... Anyhow, he's too old and too weak (as he also has congestive heart failure) for any other treatment. If the biopsy comes back bad...there's not much he can do 
. I guess we should have been expecting it since he's 83 now, but its still hard to deal with. I guess we just have to hope that the biopsy comes back good, eh? We'll see...
On a happier note, I loved my class today. The professor is absolutely entertaining and interesting. Its not often I love a class on the first day, so I'm looking forward to this term. Made me realize I am studying the right thing. Yay me? Indeed.
