The end of the year approaches. Time to make those infamous resolutions. The biggest thing I am going to focus on in the new year is my health. I'm sick of crap food and too much beer. I think it's time to practice what I preach and smarten up! Our culture makes the foods that are worst for you, the most readily accessible. Not only do I want to avoid the unhealthy foods, but I also have to say fuck you to the corporations pressuring me to eat their swill. Mc Donalds can suck my dick.
