Hi guys. I'm super sorry for how intermittent my posts have been, I was wrapped up in an awful lot of stress and sadness, and was feeling pretty antisocial. Even online! I'm also completely embarrassed to say that I have just had my heart broken, and the man I thought I would spend the rest of my life with has left me. It's a mess because we live together and our livelihoods are also linked, but I'm ready to come back to being me and looking out for number one.

I have huge sympathy and admiration for anyone who deals personally or second hand with anxiety, depression or any other mental health issues. In recent months I have suffered a string if anxiety attacks that he unfortunately just wasn't prepared to deal with. It's difficult to be with someone who struggles with mental health, but I think the more open people are about their personal journeys the less of a stigma it will become. But a word to the wise here, if you have someone who is patient with you, who is understanding and supportive of you, don't take them for granted. Because they are very rare, and very special. Just like you are :)

Any tips for bouncing back from the worst week if your life are also gratefully received!

1) That clock table describes it all. Time heals all wounds. 2) As for the process itself, I got this great life advice from a rafting instructor who was telling us what to do if we were to fall out of the raft into the river. "If you fall out of the raft. Don't struggle, cause that will hurt you more. If you try to climb into the raft, you'll hurt other people. Just relax your body, and you will find yourself floating. Face your feet downstream, and you will see what is coming toward you. You'll still get buffered by rocks, but by following my instructions you will find yourself much safer for it." Again, directions for rafting, but even greater life advice.
