Por aquà muy bien! .. intentando salir un poco de casa y aprovechar moverme al aire libre!!! Es muy agradable...
Últimamente cuando tengo un tiempo libre y el clima acompaña disfruto de patinar hasta cansarme. Es un excelente ejercicio, para el cuerpo, la mente y el corazon!
Aumenta y eleva tu estado de vida, elimina cualquier estrés y depresión!...
Solo respira,. Avanza y siéntete libre de todo lo malo!

I'm trying to get out of the house a little bit and enjoy moving outdoors! It is very nice...
Lately when I have some free time and the weather is nice I enjoy skating until I get tired. It's an excellent exercise for body, mind and heart!
It increases and elevates your state of life, eliminates any stress and depression!....
Just breathe. Move forward and feel free from all the bad things!
