I blew my nose before I rinsed and nothing came out on the tissue, blew my nose after rinsing and some booger trolls flew out. I used to get sinus infections a lot but for the years I've used a rinse when I get stuffed up, I haven't had a full blown sinus infection since. That says a lot since I'm missing most of my septum on the inside due to malpractice crap years ago. I was intubated through my nose and they broke it from the inside and punched out a huge hole in my septum that I can stick a finger through. I get all sorts of gunk trying to clog up that hole and rinsing has done wonders.
Now who wants some candy corn?

@littlejohn22 Those pots are awesome but when I tried it, the water just drained through my septum hole and out the other nostril haha. I have to use the bottle to shoot the water way up in there and it feels like it's almost to my brain, I bet the pot feels more comfortable
