@littlejohn22 that sounds amazing! How's the average housing rental pricing around there for a single person? Or is there usually people renting homes looking for roommates that you noticed? I've been looking at random housing adds in different states and some places have like NO places to rent and one bedroom apartments were over $1000, that's out of my range with no fenced yard for my dogs to dump on or inside space for a roommate.

It is around $1000.00 CND here but those usually with a big yard.
