SLEAZE PARTY USA
Okay you guys have probably heard enough about it that you at least know what I'm talking about by now.
Aside from all of my (I'll call it..) BAD LUCK... the party turned out to be pretty good.
When we got there we watched a good part of Return of the Living Dead on the Big Screen which was pretty cool. I always laugh at the zombies in that movie. MORE BRAINS. Hahah! After the showing of the flick on the big screen the DJ's played some good tunes as everyone got all liquored up.
LIVE NOT ON EVIL were pretty good. I'd never heard of them before and I was rather impressed. I got two pictures of them before my camera's battery DIED!!! ( I suppose this is when the bad luck thing chimed in) Which was the strangest thing because earlier it said it was fully charged... so yea... I was so upset that I didn't get to take pictures of the show... I really wanted another picture of Acey and I.. so here I was walking around with a $1200 camera around this place where people were squished in like sardines... UGH!
SOOO... I need new platform boots... my feet were killing me... I walked back into the balcony area to sit down for a while and give my feet a rest, Mike Saga was spinning in there so we weren't the only ones giving ourselves a break there... then of course there was the girl with the hoola hoop.
I heard TRASHLIGHT VISION starting to play so we made our way up to the front of the room by the stage so I could sweat Acey's performance
He's such an awesome guy! And he fed me smarties from his ass... umm... yea... well they were in his back pocket and he made the joke of being a smart ass because he had smarties in his pocket so... yayyy for Acey Slade + candy!! lol. Leo thought they sucked but I like them!!! I'm hoping to have them do a show for me in May... we'll see.
After their set we went back to talk with Mikey for a little while and he was making me laugh... he kept mentioning that if i ever make a porn he wants to be the first to know so he can watch it, HAHAH!!! And we were talking to a friend of Steve's while we awaited 45 GRAVE They did a good set, I heard what I wanted to hear the most.... DO YA WANNA PARTY?? IT'S PARTY TIME!!!
We headed to steve's place afterward and he gave me a foot massage... he's so awesome!!! And that pretty much summed up the night... good times. Other than the fact thatit felt like I was walking on broken glass shards all night and my camera dying... it was a wonderful time!
Took off today because I'm pretty sure I've got a stomach ulcer... I can't even stand up straight without wanting to scream so I figured I'd just give myself a day to stay in and rest up... I suppose I'm recovering from a 3-day party binge.
Weekend re-cap: Left work early Tuesday to go to promotion party, got drunk, good eats, left party with glass in my hand, went to Kelly's, forgot what we did (hahah), wednesday I woke up to find Steve was already down here, went to the new Best Buy, bought a whole shit load of CD's and bought WALK THE LINE on DVD, cleaned my car, went to dinner with Steve, went to the club, had a good time at the club, got kicked out of the club because Geabrey had a little too much to drink and was puking in the bathroom all night
, and then again by my car (EWWW), got into a fight with everyone, went back to Kells, went to bed, woke up, went and had some bloodwork done - Steve finding it amusing that I didn't flinch when they stuck me with the needle and watching my blood gush out into the tube (lol), getting ready to head to Philly... and that's all she wrote (well actually the rest I already wrote up top)
So I think I'm going to go eat my leftover Tortellini from Wednesday and then go watch WALK THE LINE.
I think that's the most I've ever written in one entry in this journal...
