Oh, here's one for Sarita (who recently asked for just ONE day off and was reportedly laughed out of the room)....I pitched my boss an idea for a joint venture and he basically said (in a nice way) that my idea was shit and no thanks...I didn't feel too bad because one of the other crappy ideas he had previously passed on was getting in on the start of Starbucks.
