today i took my daughter to Rose & Thistle Pub for lunch.

(no snow today)

i love this place even though i'm not scottish! we had sausage rolls - small pastries stuffed with sausage, a scotch egg- a hard boiled egg wraped in sausage and deep fried, she had a prime dip sandwich and i had the shepherds pie. all good!

and while we were there a group of about eight men came in to have beers and they all had scottish accents! so i spent the rest of the afternoon driving my daughter nuts doing a bad accent! "YOU DUN'T MAKE A WEE BIT A SENSE!"

then tonight we went and saw Rose City Vaudeville perform at Interstate Firehouse Cultural Center.

"mustaches, magic, music, fire, aerials, stilts and more!". the stilts were missing but there was a unicycle!

best joke of the night:
a young girl goes into a barber shop with a cupcake. the barber says "carefull little girl you're gonna get hair on your cupcake." the little girl says " and someday i'll get boobies too!"
