Know any good homeopathic sleep aids that work? I have tried Melatonin and Valerian with little effect. It is about a weekly occurence when the sun rises while I am still trying to set. Wheeee!

Valium gives me bad dreams.

I have used something called Calms Forte, its an over the counter sleep aid. It worked really good at first, but now it dosnt seem to be as effective.

Sadly the best remedy for best sleep is.....
stay on a fixed schedule (go to sleep/awake at the same time every day), dont eat a big meal before bedtime, dont drink alcohol at bedtime, and excersice routinely.

Houston was a mixed bag. It was for a wedding and even though it was my favorite cousin it was still a wedding and the bridesmaid who flirted hardcore turned out to be the best man's wife! Ohhh...so sorry to hear about Gramma. frown But I totally understand what you're saying...that last bit of life seems needlessly painful, especially for grammas that rule the school like mine. She had Alzheimer's and while I criiied and cried and cried when she left I knew it was better than what she had been reduced to. She still visits me in my dreams sometimes though. smile

My Grandmother died this afternoon. She had terminal Brain Cancer and had been going through chemo and surgery and she woke up this morning took her pain meds then pulled out her IV and told the doctor "No more". It came a s a shock but in a way a relief as well. No more pain.
