Feeling down tonight. Went out with someone and had a great time but then got the major blow off out of nowhere. Usually you can read the signs but when they are leaning on your shoulder up to the point she tells you that she doesn't want to date right now and that she might consider hanging out in the future but acts like she can't wait to flee . . . And I am not deluding myself when I say that NOTHING was said or done before that moment :-P (sometimes I say or do something stupid I can point to and say ooooooohhhh No Wonder hehehe)
OK ! Got that out there and tomorrow it won't matter. Hell tonight it doesn't matter! But that feeling of loserness is there for a bit. So I will allow myself another 30 minutes of pity then I break out the happy tunes on the iPod!

It was pretty sad to hear about Hunter S. Thompson today. On my lunch break at work, I went down to the bookstore and bought a copy of "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" because I liked the movie and wanted to read the book. I feel like I was doing him some kind of service...he'll be missed.
