Argh! My lease has expired, rent has shot up and the new place denied my app for some unknown reason (I have never had an app denied before. I think it is because of income but . . .) I have an option to resign here but it means more rent. So in the long run all will be cool as I won't be on the street (I could crash with friends but don't want to do that) but in the short run . . . argh argh If anyone loves Pirates please see me for the next few days
